In an attempt to regulate the market, the government has ordered landlords to bring down rental prices.

If I could recall, I think we have a similar thing in Lagos but I don’t think its working or may be am missing out something, pls tell. "Lagos state law on rent working"? As any landlord been prosecuted? ls tell me……….
